Refund Policy 
Most merchandise items are returnable. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Print on demand items are final sale and are unable to be returned.

Refunds (if applicable): 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Standard (5-8 business days)
0.2lb - 1.5lb = $6.00
1.6lb - 4.5lb = $10.00
4.6lb - 5.5lb = $15.00
5.6lb - 20lb = $17.00
$100 and up = Free
International Shipping
International Standard (2-4 weeks)
$0.50 - $75.00 = $25.00
$76.00 - $100.00 = $35.00
$101.00 and up = $50.00
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 5-10 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
3. CANCELLATIONS

4. RETURNS

5. DELAYED ORDERS
In this case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for item's status. 
6. DAMAGED ORDERS
Valhalla and 2 of Swords, LLC is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier.
